Slow Flow + Restore
Unwind in the soft glow of candlelight with this two-part class designed to support both movement and rest. We’ll begin with 30 minutes of slow-paced vinyasa flow, focusing on steady breath, simple movements, and gentle stretching to release tension and warm the body.
The second half of class shifts into 45 minutes of restorative yoga, using props to fully support the body in longer-held, restful poses. This part of the practice encourages deep relaxation and helps calm the nervous system.
No prior yoga experience is needed—this class is accessible, beginner-friendly, and paced to meet you where you are. Whether you're looking to decompress after a long day or simply carve out time for yourself, you’ll leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and recharged.
Class is held the first Monday of each month.
