Rachel is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) whose practice quietly weaves through everything she does. After completing her foundational training through YogaWorks in the mountains of Bali under Alicia Cheung and Oliver Reinsch (now of Samdhana Yoga), she made her home in the Catskills, where she offers thoughtful, grounding classes centered on breath, presence, and mindful movement. Rachel holds additional certifications in Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, and completed her 300-hour advanced teacher training with Jason Crandell, further deepening her study of intelligent sequencing, functional movement, and skillful teaching.

Her classes invite students to move with steadiness and ease, breathe with intention, and cultivate a deeper sense of connection to their bodies.

That same grounded presence shows up in the way she moves through her day: connecting with nature, tending to the small rituals that bring beauty and order to her surroundings, or sharing meaningful moments behind the bar at The Pines, where she bartends and helps foster a deep sense of community in a different but equally heartfelt way.

Outside of teaching and work, Rachel finds joy in the simple and sacred: time outdoors, a good book, and the company of the people (and animals) she loves. Her approach to both yoga and life is one of curiosity, warmth, and a quiet reverence for the world around her.
