Set in a peaceful studio surrounded by nature, this open-level vinyasa class offers a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and move with intention.
The class is best suited for those with some prior yoga experience, but it’s taught in a way that remains accessible and welcoming. You’ll be guided through a thoughtfully paced flow that links breath with movement, with a balance of strength, mobility, and focus. Options and variations are always provided, so you can adjust the practice to fit your needs.
Large studio windows overlook the mountains and Stony Clove Creek, offering a calm, scenic backdrop that adds to the sense of space and clarity.

Slow Flow + Restore
Unwind in the soft glow of candlelight with this two-part class designed to support both movement and rest. We’ll begin with 30 minutes of slow-paced vinyasa flow, focusing on steady breath, simple movements, and gentle stretching to release tension and warm the body.
The second half of class shifts into 45 minutes of restorative yoga, using props to fully support the body in longer-held, restful poses. This part of the practice encourages deep relaxation and helps calm the nervous system.
No prior yoga experience is needed—this class is accessible, beginner-friendly, and paced to meet you where you are. Whether you're looking to decompress after a long day or simply carve out time for yourself, you’ll leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and recharged.
