Step into the serene glow of our candlelit studio for Slow Flow + Restore, a class designed to nourish both body and mind. The first 30 minutes invite you to move with intention through a slow-paced Vinyasa flow, linking breath with mindful movement to gently awaken the body, release tension, and build a subtle inner heat.

As the practice evolves, the final 45 minutes shift into deep stillness with a sequence of restorative poses supported by props. In the soothing ambiance of candlelight, you'll be guided into complete relaxation, allowing the nervous system to unwind and the body to rest deeply.

This class is perfect for anyone seeking balance—whether you’re looking to reset after a long day or simply carve out space for self-care. All levels welcome.
