Outdoor Yoga at The Pines
This summer bring your mat and meet me outside!
This is a slow, gentle vinyasa flow held twice a month outdoors on the big field at The Pines in Mt. Tremper … open sky above, mountain views all around, fresh Catskills air.
No prior experience needed. Just bring yourself, your mat, and maybe your buddies!
We'll move at a slow pace, linking breath with movement in a way that feels good rather than hard. Options are always available, and there's no pressure to do anything that doesn't work for your body that day. The idea is simple: an hour outside that leaves you feeling better in your body and more connected to the people and place around you.
After class, stick around! The Pines opens right at 5pm. Grab a drink, get some food, and ease into the evening. On Wednesdays there's live music starting at 7pm. Plus, you’ll receive a special discount on your tab that evening!

The 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month from 4-5pm.
We’ll begin right at 4pm so try to arrive a few minutes early to say hi and set up!
First class is Wednesday, June 3rd.

This is a donation-based class; suggested contribution is $5–$20, though all are welcome regardless of ability to give.
